"This Was My Land" is a 21 x 18 watercolor painting. I submitted it for the Wisconsin Arts Board for The Wisconsin Direct Purchase Art program. It was purchased by the Department of Natural Resource and will hang in one of their Wisconsin State buildings.It will hang for a minimum of 25 Years.

We are on a holiday motorhome trip and I am just now hearing that you had this wonderful painting purchased. Wow! I can see why they would want it, as it is truly soulful and so well done. I love all of your paintings in this series and am so happy at least one of them got the recognition you deserve. Wonderful painting.
