Stopping for a while to figure out what I need to texturize that big brown spot with. I am not usually a gimmick user, but I have thought about cheese cloth. I am going to think about it for a bit, before I decide.
--All of the paintings are copyright by me, the artist, and may not be used for any purpose.-- I am a watercolor artist living in the Midwest. I have been in National, State and local jury art shows. My paintings are in collections around the world. I enjoy the transparency and luminosity of watercolor. I like color, bright and vivid with light and shadows. Some of my paintings are from my imagination, reminding me of something I have seen or felt.

Hi Marilyn, I hear a song..
You put the lime in the coconut and drink 'em both up...
Lovely, lovely. You are just getting better all the time!!!!!
I see you are giving great attention to the light source and it's effects! I love that, I think that's one of the main things in a painting!

I can tell that this is going to be a terrific painting - will have to remember to check in and see the finish. I love the tropical colors!
